Elin at 9 months

I know I say this all the time but seriously how does time go by so quickly?  Elin is 9 months old already - it feels like just yesterday I took her newborn photos.   And then her six month pictures.  And now she is sitting up, smiling, laughing and standing (well almost)!  Mom had her in the cutest little dress with the flower headband (like the one she had at her 6 month).  I loved the floppy hat and shoes she changed into.  What a cutie!  Below are my favorites:

Expecting - Sandy & Christian

Sandy and Christian are expecting their new little one in just a few short weeks!  I took these pictures when Sandy was 33 weeks along, so baby girl Moore will be here in early July if everything goes according to plan.  When I got to their house I took some pictures inside in her nursery (she already is set with clothes!) and in their bedroom.  We then went outside and then down to the beach on the beautiful sunny day.  Sandy was "glowing" and I can tell how excited they both are to become parents!  Below are my favorites:

New stuff...

I have decided to embark on a new journey with my photography.  I will be doing a 365 daily image project, which means I will be taking at least one picture a day for the next 365 days.  I have been reading about it and it is going to take some dedication and hopefully I have it!  I want to try and look at things from all different perspectives and learn something in the process.  And I am sure there will be many pictures of Charlie in this!  I want to try and take the pictures with my DSLR but I know that some days I won't be able to and that is when my handy dandy iPhone will come into play.  And the super cool app instagram.  So cool that I can now post pictures on instagram and then tag them to show up directly here on my blog (as seen in the post below).  This will begin on June 1, 2012 - and I open to ideas and themes as well!  And if you want to join with me, that would be even better!

1 month old Connor

I was so excited to meet Connor - Charlie's new little cousin!  Brandon and Allison came up to visit with Connor when he was one month old and what a cutie he was.  He slept for a couple shots in the beginning but then woke up and showed us his big eyes.  We got some shots inside and then were able to go outside and get some family pictures  and father/son and mother/son shots.  You can feel how much love they have for their little one.  Welcome to the (crazy) family Connor!  Below are my favorites:

Spring Family Pictures

Becky contacted me to get some spring pictures of her family while everything was in bloom.  After some terrible weather (not so fun to take pictures when it's 40 and rainy outside) we finally had a nice, warm, sunny day to get those pictures!  Little Emily is now 9 months old and such a happy and smiley baby!  Brennen did great as well and looked adorable with his hat on.  We were also able to get some family shots with the dog outside in front of their beautiful home.  Below are my favorites:
